1. Ownership and Intellectual Property Rights
- The software, including all code, design, algorithms, and any other intellectual property, is the exclusive property of QuattroCode and its owner, Mike James.
- All rights, including copyright, trademarks, and patents, are retained by QuattroCode and Mike James.
- Users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for its intended purposes. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of the software is strictly prohibited.
2. No Warranty
- This software is provided "as is," without any warranties or guarantees of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
- QuattroCode and Mike James make no representations or warranties that the software will be error-free, free from viruses or harmful components, or that any defects will be corrected.
3. Limitation of Liability
- Under no circumstances shall QuattroCode or Mike James be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the use or inability to use the software.
- This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, even if QuattroCode or Mike James has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
4. Data Security
- QuattroCode and Mike James do not assume any responsibility or liability for the security of data or information processed, stored, or transmitted through the software.
- Users are solely responsible for the security and integrity of their data and for ensuring that proper backup, security, and protection measures are in place.
5. Data Loss and Damages
- QuattroCode and Mike James shall not be held responsible for any data loss or corruption resulting from the use of the software.
- Users acknowledge that they are responsible for maintaining backups of all data and information and that they use the software at their own risk.
6. Indemnification
- Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless QuattroCode and Mike James from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from their use of the software or any violation of these terms and conditions.
7. Termination
- QuattroCode reserves the right to terminate the user’s license to use the software at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these terms and conditions.
- Upon termination, the user must cease all use of the software and destroy any copies in their possession.

10. Entire Agreement
- These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the user and QuattroCode regarding the use of the software and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
